Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This Privacy Policy explains how Vorlaxerrrux (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit https://vorlaxerrrux.world/ (the “Site”), use forms, or otherwise interact with us. We apply the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the UK GDPR where relevant, and associated Norwegian privacy rules.

1. Data controller

Controller: Vorlaxerrrux
Address: Kirkegata 11, 4006 Stavanger, Norway
Contact identifiers published on the Site: info@vorlaxerrrux.world, contact@vorlaxerrrux.world, support@vorlaxerrrux.world, help@vorlaxerrrux.world

2. Categories of personal data

We may process: identification and contact data (name, email, telephone if provided), message content, technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers), usage data (pages viewed, interaction events), and cookie-related identifiers when you consent to non-essential cookies.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

  • Responding to enquiries and order requests: performance of steps prior to a contract and legitimate interests in operating customer communications.
  • Site security, fraud prevention, and server logs: legitimate interests and legal obligations.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies or similar technologies: consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting lawful processing based on other grounds.
  • Compliance with accounting or consumer rules where applicable: legal obligation.

4. Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to complete the request and for an additional period where claims may arise, typically up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle unless security investigations require longer retention. Accounting documents follow statutory Norwegian retention periods.

5. Recipients and transfers

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, and analytics when enabled. Providers may process data in the EEA or in countries for which the European Commission issued adequacy decisions, or using standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures where required.

6. Your rights

Depending on your situation, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (Norway) or your local supervisory authority. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

7. Security

We apply access controls, encryption in transit for the Site, patching, and supplier reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to reduce risk in proportion to the data involved.

8. Children

The Site is directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The “Last updated” date will change when revisions apply.

10. Geographic scope and international visitors

The Site is operated from Norway. Visitors may access it from other countries. If you are outside the EEA, local privacy laws may also apply to how we or our providers process data. We aim to describe processing in line with GDPR and Norwegian law; where another regime grants you rights, you may exercise them where applicable.

11. Online advertising and conversion measurement

When you allow marketing cookies, we or partners may process identifiers and event data to measure ad delivery, attribute visits to campaigns, and build aggregated audiences. Providers may act as independent controllers or processors under their terms. You can withdraw consent for non-essential cookies through the cookie banner. We configure tags so that sensitive categories of data are not requested through Site forms for advertising purposes.

12. Google Ads and similar platforms

If we use Google Ads or comparable services, account-level settings and ad creative are designed to align with this Policy and our product category (food supplements). We do not seek to infer sensitive health conditions from Site interactions for ad personalisation. Where platform policies require disclosure, we limit data shared to what is needed for measurement and compliance.
