This Return Policy explains how to cancel purchases and return products bought from Vorlaxerrrux, subject to consumer rights in your country of residence.

If you qualify as a consumer under EU or Norwegian law, you may have a fourteen-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, starting the day after you receive the goods. Exceptions apply to sealed goods opened for health or hygiene reasons when unsealing was required to assess the item.

3. Condition of returned items

Returned products should be unused, unopened where applicable, and include all accessories and documentation. We may reduce refunds if the value has diminished through handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the goods.

4. How to start a return

Send a clear request using the contact details on the Site and include your order reference, item name, and reason for return. Wait for instructions before shipping high-value parcels.

5. Return shipping

Unless we delivered a wrong or defective item, you may need to pay direct return costs when no prepaid label is offered. Keep proof of shipment until the process closes.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days from receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, unless inspection requires additional time permitted by law.

7. Defective goods

If an item is faulty under statutory warranty rules, contact us with photos and batch details. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination depending on the situation.

8. International returns and customs

If you return goods across borders, you may need customs documentation. Duties or taxes recovered on export may be subject to local rules and are outside our control. Allow extra time for clearance. We may refuse a return that would violate export or import restrictions applicable to food supplements in the destination country.
